Build the Startup You Dreamed of — With the Support You Deserve

At Unhu Innovation Center, we believe startups aren't built in pitch decks — they're built in chaos, correction, and community. The Unhu Innovation Center Accelerator Program is a 12-month journey for product-based entrepreneurs who are ready to move from confusion to clarity, from surviving to scaling.

This isn’t just another accelerator with lectures and empty promises. It’s a full-stack execution and growth program designed to work with you, on your business, every single week.

What Makes Unhu Different?

Most accelerators teach. We build. Most give advice. We give action plans. Most give networking. We give customers.

If you're tired of theory and ready for traction, you’re in the right place.

Program Inclusions (Everything You Get)

01.

Retail Placement at the Unhu Startup Emporium

Your brand will be placed at our highly curated retail experience hub — the Unhu Startup Emporium — located in one of the most high-traffic, HNI-frequented areas of Dehradun:

  • Near boarding schools: Kasiga, Aryan, Pestleweed
  • Walking distance from DIT & IMS Unison universities
  • Within 1–3 km radius of premium villas and apartments

Each brand gets:

  • Category exclusivity — only one brand per product category

  • Trained sales staff on ground — our in-store team is briefed and trained on your brand so that they actively promote and explain your products to customers, ensuring you make sales without being present.
  • No billing counter — customers scan & pay directly on your website
  • You receive direct payments and customer data — unlike typical marketplaces

Who Is This For?

This program is not for everyone. It’s for founders who:

  • Have a product-based startup (physical or D2C brand)
  • Are ready to commit to execution
  • Want to scale their revenue, not just their follower count
  • Are looking for real mentorship, not motivational quotes
  • Value community, structure and accountability

If this sounds like you — let’s build together.

Scholarship & Investment

The full-year program investment is ₹6,00,000 + GST. However, founders may be eligible for up to 50% scholarship, depending on:

  • Financial background
  • Scalability of the product
  • Team strength and founder vision

Why the Unhu Innovation Center Accelerator is Light Years Ahead of Just Renting Retail Space

We get it — placing your products in a premium retail outlet like the Unhu Startup Emporium sounds exciting. And yes, if you’re looking for visibility and a QR code to capture a few sales — it delivers that. But if you're serious about building a scalable brand, generating predictable revenue, and getting strategic mentorship, then there’s no comparison:

The Unhu Innovation Center Accelerator Program gives you that — and a whole lot more.

Let’s Break It Down:

Retail Access: Both Offer It, But Only One Helps You Sell It.

Both programs give you access to the beautifully curated Unhu Startup Emporium, located in one of Dehradun’s most premium zones surrounded by 5-star hotels, elite schools, and high-income residential areas. You get:

  • A visually rich display space
  • Exclusive category rights
  • No billing counters — only QR-led direct sales
  • A printed catalogue telling your brand story and collecting customer data

But here’s the difference:
In the Emporium-only plan, once you’re set up, you’re mostly on your own.
In the Accelerator Program, we help you design your retail strategy, tweak your brand message, understand your buyer behaviour, and train your team to convert those walk-ins into raving customers.

Marketing: Guidance vs. Execution

  • Emporium Plan: You’ll get raw content and guidance over video calls on how to run your META ads.
  • Accelerator: You’ll get done-with-you ad setup in physical + virtual sessions, edited videos and photos, collaborative content posted on social media, and even boosted ads — increasing both traffic and trust.

The difference? You’re not just learning what to do. You’re doing it — with professionals by your side.

Coaching: Not Just Hype, But Hands-On

The Unhu Innovation Center Accelerator is a masterclass in building a startup the right way. Every founder gets access to:

  • 1:1 coaching on brand positioning, unit economics, social media, sales channels, fundraising, and more
  • Customised CRM planning and execution
  • Group workshops and deep-dive strategy activities
  • Growth accountability across the year

Emporium founders don’t get this layer of depth. At best, they get tactical tips over calls. Accelerator founders get transformational coaching that drives results.

Ecosystem Access: Network > Retail Space

In the Emporium-only model, you may get a few leads and some visibility.
But in the Accelerator Program, you get embedded into a 930+ founder community, regular intros to investors, participation in startup events, and PR features in the Unhu Founders Journal.

You also get a co-working seat at Iksana — a space buzzing with entrepreneurs, complete with tea, coffee, boardrooms, and opportunities you can’t predict (but absolutely need).

For Institutions & Government Bodies

UIC is built to be a model of economic development through entrepreneurship.

We invite institutions, ministries, and bodies to collaborate with us to:

  • Empower local entrepreneurship
  • Develop export-ready products from Uttarakhand
  • Generate employment and upskilling
  • Solve regional problems with local solutions
  • Create a replicable template for other Indian states

We envision an entrepreneurial body that works with the Government to solve India’s biggest challenges — not from policy rooms, but from maker studios and founder desks.

It all starts here in uttarakhand

The Bigger Vision

Time for the world to copy India's model

Unhu aims to make entrepreneurship the fifth pillar of democracy.

  • A body of elected entrepreneurs tackling national problems
  • Funded by government, guided by ground realities
  • Recognized as a formal problem-solving structure in the Indian system
  • Designed to complement current governance with innovation and enterprise

Entrepreneurs aren’t just money-makers. They’re change-makers.

Founder's Vision

The vision behind Unhu is to make entrepreneurship the fifth pillar of democracy.

Kshitij envisions the creation of an entrepreneurial body recognized by the Government of India, where the biggest challenges of the state and nation are addressed through innovative solutions designed by entrepreneurs. With government-backed funding, these solutions will lead to new products and services that tackle critical societal issues.

His goal is to establish a system where state and central cabinet ministers are elected within this entrepreneurial body, ensuring that the nation’s biggest challenges are solved by those who create jobs, drive the economy, and build the future.

Entrepreneurs have long been misunderstood and undervalued—often seen as money-driven rather than impact-driven. In reality, they generate employment, push industries forward, and solve real-world problems. It’s time for entrepreneurs to receive the respect and recognition they deserve.
