What is the OCMO Startup Accelerator Program fee?

The fee for OCMO - Startup Accelerator Program is ₹25,000 for an expedited process of 30 days. This is practically lesser than an fresher's stipend.

What are the exact deliverables under OCMO?

• Plan of Action Meeting (Meeting 1): This 1 on 1 call where a plan of action is shared in detail, so that the mutual deliverables are clear.
• Ad Access meeting (Meeting 2): On this 1:1 video call, your ad account access is shared with us, so that we can guide you how to get results from ads, without hindrance.
• Media Submission (Visuals via Google Drive): To effectively showcase your brand story, we need real images and videos. We will be asking for team or office photos, customer testimonials, product demos, past work, celebrity endorsements, or media coverage to help build trust and credibility.
• Founder's Story / Ad Script: A compelling video ad script will be crafted by our team using proven copywriting techniques, not just to inform viewers about your brand, but to drive your target customers to take action. If you're from Dehradun, we’ll shoot your Founder’s Story at the Unhu office. If not, we’ll guide you to shoot it yourself using the script.
• Ad Recording: A voice recording is shared from our end. Media files are needed from your end. In case you need to shoot a video, the guidance is provided on how to receive a professional outcome from your smartphone camera.
• Ad Edit: We’ll professionally edit your video using strong hooks, clear subtitles, smooth transitions, and engaging pacing to maximize impact.
• Ad Launch Meeting (Meeting 3): This is a 1 on 1 Call. We’ll launch your ad campaign live over a screen-sharing session, explaining the full strategy step-by-step. The entire session will be recorded and emailed to you for future reference. This ensures the fastest way for you to learn META ads.
• Social Media Calender Template: You’ll receive a ready-to-use content calendar template designed to help you plan and post consistently, making it easier to build and grow your brand over time.
• Website Structure Template: We’ll share a professional website structure to guide your online presence. If you already have a website, you can compare and align it with our recommended layout. If not, use this structure as a solid foundation to build your site.
• CRM and Lead Tracker Template: We’ll provide you with a ready-to-use Google Sheet/Excel CRM template to help you efficiently manage leads, track their status, and monitor conversions.
• 3 x 20-minute Growth Support Calls: You’ll get three short review calls during the process to track progress, clarify doubts, and resolve any blocks you're facing, ensuring you stay on the right path throughout.
  
• 1 x 40-minute Deep Dive Zoom Call (Meeting 4): A strategy session to fine-tune your approach, improve results, and plan what’s next for your brand.
  
• Android/iOS app ecosystem: The moment you pay the fee, you will receive a mail with an instant access to 1 on 1 video calls, online courses, community support and brand collaborations.

What happens after 30 days in OCMO Startup Accelerator Program?

After 30 days, you join on a retainer, where we run & optimise your ads, help you convert leads into quality leads and sales and in case, fresh creatives are needed, we design them. The retainer fee is just ₹10,000/month.

What benefits do I get if I have an Inner Circle access too?

Additionally, if you are entrepreneur from Dehradun, Uttarakhand and have an Inner Circle access at ₹1,999/month, then you have these additional benefits:

• Brand Story Shoot: We will come to your office and narrate your brand story through a video. This video will be a collaborative post on Instagram, which can be used for branding, PR or ads.

• UFC Dehradun Founder's Meet Event Pass: 1 event/month. Pitch your brand, make new friends & build business relationships. The events include a unique theme to help each member in their business. This is also an opportunity to display & sell your products/services to members of the community. The event also covers snacks, refreshments, photos/videos, mic & speaker. The ticket price for this event is ₹500, but is included in OCMO for FREE.

• Inner Circle Access: 2 group networking meets/month. One is a breakfast meet, which includes the breakfast and the other is a Host meet, where a host is nominated from within the community and that member gets a budget to host all Inner Circle members in their office for coffee & snacks. This presents an opportunity for deeper networking and fostering friendships withing Dehradun founders.

How many 1:1 meetings are there in the first 30 days?

There are 8 meetings within the 30 days.

We do not encourage phone calls but in case it is needed, urgent and important for your brand; we are always there for a quick call. No extra charges.

Can you share some client websites that you have audited and optimised?

Are you against Digital Marketing Agencies?

No, we are not. We are against those digital marketing agencies who give incorrect information and lure innocent early stage entrepreneurs by overselling and under delivering. 

We believe that if you have a budget of over ₹1 lakh/month + around ₹5 lakhs/month in ad spends, you should opt for good performance marketing agencies. 

You may also opt for smaller agencies but please do not keep unrealistic expectations from them. Be realistic about your budget, their expertise and keep a period of trial & errors.

What about GST and TDS?

No GST required as we are not required to be registered for GST yet, under Unhu Entertainment LLP. OCMO is in the form of an online program where we are not working with your business but you, as a founder.

Are there any Terms & Conditions before joining OCMO retainer?

Yes, please read before you join the program.

System Adherence: We've kept OCMO very reasonably priced for startup entrepreneurs and in order to productively work with 20 active clients with Kshitij Doval's direct involvement; we have a system in place and that communication process needs to be followed.

- All communications to be over one main email chain doval@unhu.in

- In case you don't receive a reply over email within 1 working day, you may call as well as message Bhavisha on WhatsApp and she will help coordinate. Do not directly call your OCMO.

- In case Bhavisha is not able to help, please escalate it over mail.

- In case that mail is also not responded to, you may directly call the OCMO at 9971734868 (Only for emergency purpose).

However, please keep in mind, in 99% scenarios, you will never need to even move to the second step. We keep professionalism in our approach.

Accelerator vs Digital Marketing Agency: We are not a digital marketing agency. Please remember, that we are here to help you in meeting your business goals through our unique skillsets to help a business grow from zero to one; and not to simply complete a commodotised service contract with a list of services lined up. There is no result guarantee we will ever give, as results are dependant on multiple factors. This is more of an educative program with direct help and service offerings.

No Refund Policy: Please keep in mind that a lot of hardwork and skill gets into planning for each brand. There is no refund policy under any circumstance.

Time Period: The program ends in 30 days, unless mentioned by our team on mail about any extension due to a delay caused by us. We will ensure to remind you to book meetings over mail but in case calls are remaining, please keep in mind that all meetings needs to be completed within the 30 day period. We do not move these calls further, as it impacts our revenue and the system does not allow us to deal with more than 20 retained clients. It may be done on a personal goodwill but not officially.
