Hi I’m Chaitanya Bhutani, a Lifestyle Transformation Specialist, and the Founder of Frommind2muscle, where we help people become fit, both from a mental and physiological point of view.
I myself am a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach, Pilates Instructor and a lead Faculty at the GoFitness Academy in Delhi.
I am currently pursuing my Cognitive Behavioural Therapy course as well.
Transforming peoples’ lifestyle is not something which I just do, but take utmost pleasure in the same.
I personally feel that in this modern era, where time is a big constraint, lives are fast and stressful and health is being sacrificed every given day, the way of training people needs to be altered accordingly. Gone are those days where we can just give out a training plan to someone and expect them to follow it for “quick” results.
I make sure that I’m making your life easy and not difficult with yet another “exercise” or “diet” plan that can’t be sustained.
I am a firm believer that fitness is holistic. You can’t feel fit if your mind and body aren’t in complete sync.
That’s why I help my clients deal with stress, anxiety and other psychological barriers as well, that might come in between their Fitness goals.
I have created 400+ videos for free on social media, to make people more aware about Health and Fitness, and how is it important to us.
